softloud architects have been involved in the design of numerous permaculture projects, from the masterplan level to detailed design and documentation of garden layouts, buildings and structures.
while we work with a diverse range of landscape architects and designers, and collaborate with horticultural experts as required for specific projects, our in-house expertise extends from domestic food production to community gardens, to farm, agroforestry, vineyard and equine property planning, organic and biodynamic farming, vegetable and organic seed production.
softloud architects focus on creating integrated and productive landscapes of beauty, practicality and affordability, through creative recycling and low-cost materials and finishes. we have a particular interest in indigenous food species.
we have been involved periodically with permaculture education, through guest lecturing in "design thinking", "sustainable design", "alternative building" and "passive design" for PDC courses.
